If the item does not fit your child or does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of purchase in accordance with the law.

Returns and exchanges via courier are handled exclusively through Kitikate – Fashion Arena Outlet.
Please complete the Return / Exchange / Complaint Form and include it in your parcel.

Complaints
The complaint process follows the same procedure as returns.
Please include the reason for your complaint in the form.
You can return the item in person (with your invoice) or send it to the address above.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and inform you of the result within 30 days.
